My name is May Ordonez, I am a Hotel Administrator, proudly Colombian and I want to tell you a little about what you will find in my portfolio. I had the honor of growing up with two families from whom I inherited a taste for cooking. Since I was approximately 10 years old, I created different recipes and what I cooked, I did it with love and passion. I looked for empanada recipes in cookbooks that I found at home until one day a good family friend taught me how to prepare an authentic dough, which has been my trademark since then. I was 15 years old when I started making my own empanadas and I have always created different flavors that my guests end up loving.
In general, I love creating new recipes, dishes and ready-to-eat products such as flavored oils and pickles ideal for salads and meats, and typical Colombian delicacies.
